As a well-traveled individual with a penchant for coastal resorts, our recent getaway to Abadia Farneto in Italy was a serene retreat we thoroughly enjoyed. The property boasts a fantastic location, offering breathtaking views of the Gubbio skyline and surrounding hills. The peaceful atmosphere, coupled with a spacious and inviting 16x6m swimming pool, provided the perfect setting for relaxation.During our stay, we appreciated the owner, Giuseppe's, assistance and valuable local insights. His suggestions on nearby attractions and dining options enriched our experience. The property's proximity to Gubbio allowed for easy exploration of this picturesque city perched atop a mountainside.While the hotel does not offer a spa, the outdoor pool area and solarium provided a tranquil space to unwind. Additionally, the on-site restaurant served delectable Italian cuisine, adding to the overall charm of the stay.Though we didn't utilize all the amenities, the property's offerings such as horse riding and fishing services added to its allure. Abadia Farneto offers a high level of service in a tranquil environment, making it an ideal choice for those seeking a rejuvenating escape.
